Do you ship overseas?

At this stage we only ship within Australia.

Do you have Afterpay?

Yes, since late September Afterpay has been available as a method of payment.

Do the products you sell contain any allergens?

Yes the products we sell do contain allergens. Please refer to the description for each items list of ingredients and allergen details.

How long will it take to get my order? 

Once your order has been placed we will package it within 1 business day. Expected delivery time will take between 2 - 7 days. If you have ordered chocolate and we feel the weather is too hot, we may delay your order to prevent damage. In this circumstance we will notify you. 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes? 

Yes we do.

Where are you located?

We are located in Sydney.

Can I pick up my order?

At this stage we do not offer pick up.

Which delivery carriers do you use?

Sendle is our preferred carrier, however from time to time we may use another carrier such as Australia Post.

My order hasn't arrived or it has arrived damaged.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is a flat rate of $9.99 Australia wide. Free delivery is available on all orders $85.00 AUD and over.

Can I return my product?

If you need to return an order, please refer to our returns policy on the bottom of the page.

The item I want is out of stock?

From time to time an item may be out of stock, we replenish our stock on a regular basis so that our items don't stay out of stock for long. If you would like to know when an item will be back in stock please send an email to: hello@theluxepantry.com.au
